The Pine Brook Spring Neighborhood Yard Sale will take place on Friday and Saturday, April 11 & 12, rain or shine.
You can sell on one or both days and you do not need a permit to participate. While most people begin selling around 7 a.m., you can start and stop when you like.
All residents are encouraged to promote the sale on any online venue you use.
