Board meeting minutes February 12, 2018

In attendance:  Lee Morrison, David Fish, Carol Deglmann, Rick McMullin, Dave Chajkowski, Don Fry, Katie Manning, Teresa Williams, Gene Lowe, Kim Zurflieh, Ramon Marin

Meeting started at 7:00 p.m.

Discussion of dues collection.  The doorknob hangers have started the process and the signs are reinforcing it.  Coming up next will be a newsletter and email reminders.

Discussion of tree removal and trimming at Hidden Park.  The company submitting the bid was asking if they could be clearance to bring a vehicle through a backyard.  The board will see if anybody is willing to allow access. 

The Township has told the PBCA they hope to submit the Orrs Bridge construction for bids in the fall of 2018 and construction to start in 2019.

Discussion of the Easter Egg Hunt on March 31, 2018, at Hidden Park starting at 11am.  More information will be in the upcoming newsletter.

Discussion of installing dog waste bag dispensers at Pine Brook parks.  The question would be who would be responsible for filling the dispensers and disposing of the waste.  Perhaps a Boy Scout could take this on as an Eagle Scout project.

Discussion of repairing the damage to the water fountain at Pavilion Park.  Ramon is looking into plumbers to do the work.
