In attendance: Lee Morrison,
Ramon Marin, Wayne Kessler, Carol Deglmann, Mike Kessler, Rick McMullin,
Teresa Williams
Meeting began at 7 PM.
There was discussion
about the porta-potty rental for Pavilion Park. There has been a neighbor
request to move the porta-potty to a different location in the park. In the
past Dave Fish made the rental arrangements, but Wayne Kessler volunteered
to contact the vendor and find out what PBCA's options are in placement and
also in period of time for the rental.
There was discussion about the
Easter Egg Hunt, however it has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 illness
concerns.
Dues collection has been moving forward at a reasonable
pace. There has been one limited mailing to those without email addresses,
and two emailings. There will be a regular mailing to all members that
have not paid 2020 dues at the end of March. Currently dues collection is
at a little more than 50% of the forecasted amount needed to break even with
costs for the year.
Data collection for the PBCA Directory has also
been moving along but it is in a similar position of data confirmation as
dues collection is. We need more people to confirm their data. The
collection process will continue on this as well.
The meeting was
adjourned at 7:45 PM.
Next Board Meeting is scheduled for April 13th,
2020.
