The meeting began at 7
PM.
Attending: Lee Morrison, Ramon Marin, Wayne Kessler, Carol Deglmann,
Mike Kessler, Lisa Keck, Rick McMullin, Teresa Williams
Ramon
discussed the finalizing of the PBCA budget for 2020. Expenses have been
based on expected dues revenue to break even for the year.
Wayne gave a
status report on dues collections. The initial emailing and mailing has gone
out to Pine Brook residents for 2020 dues collection. So far 81 neighbors
have paid their 2020 dues. Another emailing is planning in early March, as
well as a mailing at the end of March.
Data collection for the PBCA
Directory is also continuing.
The Board determined the official days for
the following PBCA events this year:
April 4th - Easter Egg
Hunt
May 1-2 - Neighborhood Yard Sale
September 12th - PBCA
Picnic
Lee brought up the Standing Committees for PBCA. As a start on
these committees, the plan is to have Ramon and either Garrison or Brad chair
the Finance and Maintenance committee, Teresa will chair the
Welcoming Committee, Rick will chair the Government Committee, Mike Kessler
will chair the Elections and Nominations Committee, hopefully Katie will
chair the Entertainment/Activities Committee, and Lisa will be the PBCA
Volunteer Outreach Coordinator. This is an effort to formalize roles
and responsibilities for specific activities PBCA is involved with over
the year.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM. The next meeting is
scheduled for Monday, March 9th at 7 PM.
