Board meeting minutes January 15, 2018
In attendance: Lee Morrison, David Fish, Carol Deglmann, Rick McMullin, Ramon Marin, Kim Zurflieh, Don Fry
Meeting started at 7:00 p.m.
Discussion of removing the holiday decorations at the front entrance. It was decided, by the people volunteering to do the work, to wait until it warms up a bit.
Discussion of treasurer’s report. Income in 2017 exceeded expectations due to more dues participation and expenses were a little less than expected – mainly due to less snow and no expense for snow removal. The additional money will be used to replenish the Rainy Day Fund. In 2018, it is expected there will be an increased expense for tree maintenance and removal.
Discussion of dues collection for 2018. The association is considering redoing doorknob hangers and street signs to alert people about paying their dues.

April 14 – Installation of playground equipment at Hidden Park (Call Brad?) call miss utility
April 21 – Friday evening Mulch day and party at Hidden Park 5 - 8pm Saturday as rain date 8. (PREEN the next day)
May 4, May 5 – Spring Yard sale
August 25 – Annual meeting letter mailed.
